Most people start by hiring a realtor, or visiting the sales
office of various builders to find their first home. They
only talk or think about financing their purchase after they
find the home they like. After doing some calculations,
they find out that they don't have the budget for it. So

to 120 days from the time of your application. And just
because you are pre-approved by a certain lender, you are by
